Thank you for visiting our website. Ebisu central clinic was established to provide advanced physical therapy in 2009.


We offer physical therapy for pain therapy, metabolic syndromes (Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia), diet and Antiaging Medicine.


Ebisu central clinic advise patients about the importance of physical activity, and “prescribe” exercise as part of every treatment plan.


Our therapy is based on the latest medical knowledge to ensure our results are as positive as possible. All doctors in Ebisu central clinic are attending physician in University hospital in Tokyo, such as Jikei University and Toho University.


Our knowledge will be continually updated to ensure we are aware of new developments and research.


We have several equipments to promote your health.


1.    Kaatsu training : KAATSU, which has been in development for more than 40 years in Japan, utilizes a special belt that when tightened near the joints of the upper arm or leg, applies pressure to the muscle through temporary blood-flow restriction. The method is being introduced in the United States, primarily among competitive athletes in training, and has a presence in some sports , rehabilitation and medical settings. The technique is also expected to be effective for older adults who may need to choose activities that limit physical stress to the body. Preliminary published research on low-intensity KAATSU training has shown gains in muscular strength and size.


2.    Power Plate: Acceleration Training™ on Power Plate® equipment offers a host of benefits, ranging from an immediate improvement in blood circulation, to a variety of other measurable outcomes: such as increased muscle strength and flexibility, improved range of motion, decreased cellulite, increased bone mineral density, reduced pain and soreness and faster recovery.   

3.    ROM: ROM is designated to accomplish aerobic exercises, resistance training within a single 4 minute ROM exercise.

     The results of ROM are equal to those of 20 to 45 minutes aerobic exercises for conditioning of the cardio-vascular and respiratory system.

      ROM is also useful for resistance training for muscle toning and strength of all the body’s major muscle groups and stretching exercises for flexibility.
